It is also a great location to winter during those colder months, which we definitely have too many of in Poland \ud83d\ude09. The weather in the Dominican Republic is one of the best in the world. The tropical climate ensures it is warm all year round. The average annual temperature is 26 degrees Celsius. The rainy season, which lasts from May to October, is not like in Asia. Rainfall is usually short-lived but intense. More experienced tourists know there is no need to leave their sun loungers, as the rain will pass shortly. The water temperature in both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea ranges between 26 and 27 degrees Celsius.
