This means that the bathroom, kitchen, flooring and installations are already completed, but the property is not yet ready to be rented out.<br\/>To prepare the apartment for tourists, it is usually necessary to purchase furniture, air-conditioning units, televisions, household appliances, kitchen equipment, curtains, lighting and basic decorative items.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a one-bedroom apartment, the additional cost of furnishing and equipping the property is often around USD 10,000\u201320,000, depending on the expected standard.
