Meet Anna, your real estate advisor in the Dominican Republic

The Dominican Republic has been part of Anna’s life for many years. While still in high school, she spent a year in Santo Domingo through the AFS intercultural exchange programme, living with a local family and attending a Dominican school. This experience gave her a much deeper understanding of the country than a visitor would usually gain. She speaks Spanish fluently, knows the local customs and feels at home in the Dominican environment.

For several years, her professional work focused on finance, auditing and international business processes. Her responsibilities included analysing financial documentation, budgets and contract terms, preparing reports and coordinating processes between teams across several European markets. She also gained experience at KPMG, taking part in audits of businesses, including publicly listed companies.

At Casa Dominicana, she combines the analytical approach she developed in finance with a strong command of Spanish and a thorough understanding of life in the Dominican Republic. This allows her to see a property purchase not only as a choice of apartment or location, but also as a decision that requires organising information, understanding documents and communicating effectively with local partners.
