New Project in Bavaro – SPECIAL PRICE!

Today we present a new project in Bavaro. It is located just 25 minutes from Punta Cana Airport. The new complex will be built in a residential area with a golf course. The surroundings are green and well-maintained. It is a quiet and peaceful location, away from the Caribbean hustle and bustle. A residential shuttle bus will provide transportation to the nearby beach. The developer is in the process of obtaining CONFOTUR status, which exempts the buyer from transfer tax and property tax for 15 years.
