Meet Pawel, a real estate advisor in the Dominican Republic

A graduate of Iberian Philology at UMCS in Lublin and the Warsaw School of Economics. From the beginning of his professional career, he has been associated with an international corporate environment, where for eight years he gained experience in project and team management, including four years as a team leader of Latin American operational structures. As part of organizational development, he participated in the creation and launch of a BPO center in Bangladesh, where he was responsible for recruitment, process implementation, and staff training.

His knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, English, Russian, and many years of contact with various cultures constitute his evident natural asset in working with international clients. Frequent travels – including hitchhiking trips through over 10 countries – have solidified his openness, flexibility, and understanding of the needs of people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
