Intimate character of the trip. We will go with 8 people, but 20 people are also welcome.

We will start the “tour” from Punta Cana, the most popular place for vacation property investments in this part of the world.

WHAT WE WILL SEE. The plan is to conduct on-site meetings and physically see the most interesting property offers. Apartments and houses. Possibly land where such a house could be built. This is 99% of our clients’ interest today.

We will talk with developers’ representatives, view construction sites, as well as completed projects, to see what standard the buildings are constructed to and what their architectural and technological quality looks like.

Naturally, depending on availability, we will also see available apartments or already built houses or, for example, from the secondary market from the most desirable locations and development projects.

We have also organized a special seminar for investors. During the lecture and Q session, we will learn all the interesting and, above all, essential information on how to safely purchase property in the Dominican Republic.

If time permits, we will of course take advantage of the charms of the regions we visit. We will be close to Saona Island or Isla Catalina, Zona Colonial, or the mangrove forests in Los Haitises National Park.

ROUTE. We will visit Punta Cana, Bavaro, Cap Cana, Bayahibe, La Romana, Casa de Campo, Juan Dolio, Santo Domingo, Las Terrenas, or Santa Barbara de Samana. These are our proposals that we will be able to show, and we have investments there that, in our opinion, are worth seeing. Ultimately, we will not stop everywhere, but this also depends on the group. However, the route passes through all these places, so depending on time and your wishes, we will be able to visit all the most interesting places approved by the group.

COSTS.

Price per place in a single room – $1,500
Price per place in a double room (when booking for at least two people) – $1,100

At the time of booking, a deposit of $500/person

In case of trip cancellation by the organizer, full refund of paid funds.

The price includes:

  • Transportation around the Dominican Republic in an air-conditioned bus at our disposal 24 hours a day,
  • Transportation from the airport to the hotel
  • 3 or 4-star hotels with breakfast (8 nights)
  • Polish-speaking assistance (during the entire trip) from real estate agents familiar with the Dominican real estate market,
  • Translations from Spanish and English during the entire trip and business meetings,
  • B2B meetings with, among others, a law firm and an accounting firm/accounting office. Seminar format on applicable law and a “Questions and Answers” session
  • Organization of meetings and property presentations.
  • Priceless knowledge and experience in a nutshell needed to make the most appropriate investment decision 😉

The price does not include:

  • Flight to the Dominican Republic,
  • Travel insurance, health insurance, etc. (we can suggest an insurance company)
  • Meals except breakfast at the hotel,
  • Individual transfers

ON SITE. Our options are, of course, a flight from Poland with the entire group, bus transportation across the country, and decent 3-5 star hotels along the way. Possibly a few apartments. On site, we will be there, meaning at least one person from Poland flying with the group and one on site, as well as a driver at the group’s disposal.

IMPORTANT. Most importantly, we are present both in Poland and in the Dominican Republic on a daily basis. We have an office in Bavaro, Punta Cana, but also a representative in Puerto Plata and Bayahibe, so if someone would like to fly at a different time, we will try in the following months, for example, in September. That is when we are planning an Economic Mission, or in October. We will be in the Dominican Republic for a longer period with a larger group. But above all, we are always available in the Dominican Republic to show properties and discuss investments in the country of eternal summer.

Dominican Republic

It is the second largest, but the most economically developed country in the Caribbean. You can fly here directly from Warsaw or on flights from the largest cities in Europe. This country is distinguished by its year-round incredibly friendly sunny climate and equally friendly residents. It is a unique place due to its diverse nature, history, and rich culture.

Bavaro, Punta Cana

Punta Cana is the safest place to invest in the Caribbean. Global real estate investors, particularly from wealthy European countries, the USA, and Canada, have been choosing the Dominican Republic as number one among vacation investment destinations for over a decade. The Dominican economy is growing the fastest of all countries in the region, and thanks to this, not only vacation infrastructure is developing very strongly.

PUNTA CANA BECAUSE… it is undisputedly the most popular tourist destination in the Dominican Republic. The Dominican Republic is the undisputed queen of tourism in the Caribbean, and Punta Cana stands out among the cities mentioned above. Over 60% of all tourists visiting the country come to Punta Cana for vacation, which is over 6,500,000 sun-seeking people annually. Not long ago, “Mastercard’s Global City Destination Index” recognized Punta Cana as the best city for entertainment and relaxation. In the ranking, it was higher than such powerhouses in this “area” as Orlando in Florida and the very popular Mexican Cancun. All this means that investors, especially those looking for rental income, can count on relatively high returns with relatively low outlays.

PUNTA CANA BECAUSE… there is continuous expansion of tourism to Punta Cana.

One of the biggest indicators of tourism development in a given region is the growth of direct international flights. Moreover, it gives a certain picture of the real tourist demand for a given place. Major airlines simply see where tourists want to fly and are adding more and more direct international routes to Punta Cana. This is particularly evident with American and Canadian airlines, but European tourism giants are not far behind. Polish airlines do not yet fly directly, but the number of charters and the offer of domestic travel agencies is growing, which gives hope for the start of regular connections between one of Poland’s cities and Punta Cana.

Moreover, Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is the best-connected airport in the Caribbean and Central America, serving flights from 26 countries and up to two million passengers annually. Since 2017, the area has also been a destination for cruise ships thanks to the magnificent Marina Cap Cana, which now also welcomes small luxury cruise ships. By land, the Oscar de la Renta Highway, also known as Autopista del Coral, provides visitors with convenient access to the beaches of Bayahibe and many attractions in less than an hour, and just two and a half hours to the capital Santo Domingo and its historic “Zona Colonial.”
